Brighton Swimming School is always looking to recruit motivated individuals for swimming teaching, assisting and lifeguarding roles. Hours are flexible but largely required during the week in after-school hours and at weekends.
Current roles
Swimming Teacher
BSS Swimming Teachers lead our lessons for both adults and children. Teachers must hold ASA/UKCC Level 2 or STA equivalent qualification. Flexible hours, primarily weekday afternoons, evenings and weekends.
RLSS Lifeguard
BSS Lifeguards are responsible for the overall safety of the swimming pool during lessons. Must hold a current NPLQ qualification. Shifts available during lesson times — after school and weekends.
How to apply
All staff are DBS checked. Salary on application. For voluntary experience as a Swimming Assistant, please contact us to discuss possible opportunities — an in-date DBS check is necessary.
